Bald Glamour Pamper Points Terms of Service | Rewards Program

Membership Eligibility

  • The Program is open to all customers who create an account on the Bald Glamour website.
  • Membership is free and requires no purchase to join.
  • Members must provide accurate account information and update it as necessary.
  • Bald Glamour reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse participation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Earning Pamper Points

  • Points are earned through qualifying activities such as placing an order, signing up, or following Bald Glamour on social media.
  • Points are awarded as follows:
    • Sign Up: 200 points
    • Place an Order: 5 points per $1 spent on eligible purchases
    • Like on Facebook: 50 points
    • Share on Facebook: 50 points
    • Follow on Instagram: 50 points
    • Celebrate a Birthday: 200 points
  • Points earned on purchases are based on the total amount after discounts and before taxes and shipping.

Redeeming Pamper Points

  • Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases:
    • 100 points = $1 off
    • 500 points = $5 off
    • 1,000 points = $10 off
  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to previous purchases.
  • A minimum purchase amount of $20 is required for point redemption.

Referral Program

Members can refer friends through the Program’s referral system. Referrals grant new customers a $5 off coupon on their first purchase, and the referrer receives a $5 off coupon when the referral is successful. Referrals must be first-time customers, and abuse of the referral system may result in account termination.

Point Expiration

Points earned in the Program do not expire, provided the member’s account remains active.

Restrictions

  • Points cannot be earned or redeemed on:
    • E-gift cards
    • Final sale items
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined across multiple accounts.

Returns and Adjustments

  • Points earned from a purchase will be deducted if the purchase is returned or refunded.
  • If a return causes a negative points balance, the account may be suspended until resolved.

Program Changes and Termination

  • Bald Glamour reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Members will be notified of any significant changes to the Program.
  • Bald Glamour is not responsible for points lost due to program termination.

Limitation of Liability

  • Bald Glamour is not liable for any technical issues, system errors, or unauthorized access that may affect the Program.
  • Membership and point balances are subject to verification.
