Orders and shipping
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can view the status of your delivery by clicking the link or entering the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We might need photos or more details to help resolve the issue. Our dedicated team will work to fix the problem and make sure you're happy with your purchase.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service right away. We can cancel it if it hasn't been processed yet. If it's already been shipped, we'll help with the return.
Our aim is to process orders promptly. If adjustments are needed, please reach out to our customer service promptly. While we can't guarantee changes, we will strive to fulfill your request as best as we can.
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process and ship your items. After shipping, delivery times can vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Most orders within the continental United States are delivered within 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress. Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products and your delivery address. We will display the available shipping options and their associated costs based on your location.
For Alcohol-Based Products (such as perfumes):
- Alcohol-based products are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage due to shipping regulations. Orders $99+ within the continental United States qualify for complimentary Ground Advantage shipping.
For Oil-Based Products (such as perfumed oils and body oils):
- Oil-based products are shipped exclusively via UPS, with options including UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3-Day Select. The shipping cost will depend on your location and the order's total weight.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order is shipped. However, we cannot make any changes once an order has been processed and shipped. We recommend double-checking your shipping information to ensure a smooth delivery before finalizing your purchase.
For oil-based products, we offer expedited shipping options such as UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3-Day Select, which can be selected during checkout.
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We plan to expand our shipping options to include international destinations. Please stay tuned for updates, and feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
Returns
We accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging with the seal intact within 30 days of receipt. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
Exchanges are treated as returns, provided your items meet the criteria for a return (the seal is intact, and the product is in its original packaging). Once the return is processed, you will receive store credit, which you can use to purchase another chosen product.
To initiate a return, please visit our Return Center and follow the instructions. Select the item you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.
Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit.
