At Bald Glamour, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer complimentary returns under the following conditions:
General Returns
Return Period: 30 days of receipt.
Condition: Products must be sealed, in their original package, and in the same condition as received.
Pre-Order Returns
Pre-Order Return Period: Pre-ordered items follow the same 30-day return window, starting from the date of delivery.
Condition: Pre-order items must also be returned sealed and in their original packaging.
Return Process
To request a return, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account or visit the Return Request Page.
- Provide your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue."
- Check your email for a message from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Return to the online store and enter the verification code.
2. Select Your Order:
- Click the order you wish to return.
- Select the items you want to return if the order contains multiple items.
3. Provide Return Details:
- Select a return reason and a note for the store if necessary.
- Click "Submit Request".
4. Return Approval:
- Once we approve the return request, you will receive an email with instructions and a complimentary shipping label.
Refund and Store Credit
Store Credit: Receive store credit for your returned items, which will be for future purchases at Bald Glamour. Store credit allows you to explore other products that better suit your needs.
Refund to Original Payment Method: Please let us know if you prefer a refund to your original payment method. We will process this refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Exclusions
Items marked as sale, final sale, promotional gifts, and electronic gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damages or Defective Items
