At Bald Glamour, we strive to provide timely and reliable shipping to our customers. Our Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of our products within the continental United States.
1. Shipping Destinations
Bald Glamour currently ships to addresses within the continental U.S. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, or other international destinations. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please provide a physical street address for your order to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
• Free Ground Advantage Shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free Ground Advantage shipping.
• USPS Ground Advantage Shipping: For orders under $99, the shipping costs calculated at checkout are USPS Ground Advantage rates.
3. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). When we receive your order, you will get an email confirmation. Another email confirms when your order has shipped.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery times on your location and the selected shipping method vary. Ground Advantage delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Due to the nature of our products, we comply with all regulations for shipping perfumes and fragrances. All shipments will be made via Ground Advantage, as shipping regulations require.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
7. Delivery Issues

8. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
