SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

We strive to provide timely and reliable shipping to our customers. Our Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of our products within the continental United States.

1. Shipping Destinations

Bald Glamour currently ships to addresses within the continental U.S. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, or other international destinations. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please provide a physical street address for your order to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

• Free Ground Advantage Shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free Ground Advantage shipping.
• USPS Ground Advantage Shipping: For alcohol-based products (such as perfumes), USPS Ground Advantage is the only shipping method available, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout for orders under $99.
• UPS Shipping for Oil-Based Products: Oil-based products (such as perfumed oils and body oils) are shipped via UPS, with options including UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3-Day Select. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the total weight of the order.

Note: We will soon offer gift boxes as part of our product selection. If a gift box contains both alcohol-based and oil-based products, it will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage to comply with shipping regulations.

3. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). When we receive your order, you will get an email confirmation. Another email confirms when your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

• USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 3-7 business days for alcohol-based products.
• UPS delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen for oil-based products (e.g., Ground, 2-Day Air).

5. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products, we comply with all regulations for shipping perfumes and fragrances. All shipments of alcohol-based products will be made via USPS Ground Advantage, as shipping regulations require.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

If you experience package delay, loss, or damage in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
