Shipping Policy

At Bald Glamour, we are committed to providing timely and reliable shipping to all our customers. Below, you'll find our updated shipping terms and conditions for orders within the continental United States.

Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure efficient processing and shipping:

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (local time) are processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses), or international destinations. Please provide a physical street address for accurate delivery.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Free Ground Advantage Shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for complimentary Ground Advantage shipping.
  • USPS Ground Advantage: All alcohol-based products are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for orders under $99.
  • UPS Shipping: Oil-based products (such as perfumed oils and body oils) are shipped via UPS. Options include UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3-Day Select. Shipping costs are based on the order's total weight and destination.

Note: If a gift box contains both alcohol-based and oil-based products, it will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage to comply with shipping regulations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery Times

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Typically delivers within 3-7 business days for alcohol-based products.
  • UPS: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen for oil-based products (e.g., Ground, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Select).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

All alcohol-based products are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, as required by shipping regulations. We comply with all legal requirements for shipping fragrances and other regulated items.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Us page. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. Bald Glamour is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to correct it before the package is shipped.
